At Hudson Building Co, we will always keep you in the loop and offer exceptional communication. Working together, we can work through a range of steps to make sure you get exactly what you had in mind for your next project.
Lead Form
Fill out form with basic information regarding your personal information, project type, budget, ideas, processes
Design Ideas
Refer you to our draftsman to get a set of working drawings complete as well as all other documents needed for building permit or you can engage in a draftsman yourself
Selection List
Sit down to go through the selections of material externally / internally, fixtures, fittings, cladding types, windows, floor coverings, kitchen types etc
Phone Consultation
Discuss whether we will be a good fit to accommodate your needs, schedule in a time for a 1:1 meeting
Preliminary agreement / Estimation
Estimation on the cost of the project – once signed and approved we can then move to getting a detailed quote.
Start Construction
Determine when construction can start after the building permit has been given.
In-person consultation
Go over your design ideas and what may be beneficial on how things can be done (referral to our draftsman). or if you already have a set of plans – discuss the process / and complexity of build, scope out the project
Quote
Detailed quote with bill of quantities, scope of works, duration of project, trades / suppliers will be engaged in this process.
Final Inpection
Final Walk through with client to go over the build and hand over the Certificates / handbooks on all documents for the build.
