Hudson Building Co. didn't start in an office. It started more than 12 years ago, when Blair Hudson picked up a hammer as a first-year carpentry apprentice.
Four years later, he was a qualified carpenter. He then completed a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, earned his limited builder's licence, and finally became a Domestic Builder (Unlimited). Every step was earned on site, and you can see it in how we build today.
We build custom homes, knockdown rebuilds, renovations, extensions and multi-unit developments across Melbourne's east. No job is too big or too small, and every one is built to the same standard, because Blair is still hands-on in every one of them.

No two blocks, briefs, or families are the same. What Blair enjoys most about building is working through the challenges each job brings, whether that's a tricky site, a design detail that needs rethinking, or a better way to get something done. He's a problem solver at heart, and he'll always look for the right way to do something, not just the quick way.
