Wheelers Hill Dual Occupancy: Two Townhouses Built for an Investor

An investor came to us with a clear vision: two double-storey townhouses on one Wheelers Hill site, designed to appeal to buyers and deliver a strong return.

Two homes, one standard

It's common for dual-occupancy projects to end up as two scaled-down, cost-cut versions of a single build. We didn't take that approach. Both townhouses were finished to the same standard, with the same quality throughout.

Each home is well thought out and planned for real living. Open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas sit downstairs, with large windows that keep the interiors bright and open. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a rumpus room, giving families and couples space to spread out and separating the living and sleeping zones.

It's exactly the kind of home first-home buyers are looking for, and that makes it an easy sell for an investor.

Finished above the standard

Fixtures and fittings were selected to lift both homes above a typical development build:

Too many unit developments fall into the same repetitive look. Outside, a considered mix of render, brick and glass gives these townhouses real street presence, so they read as quality homes rather than just another development.
